The best way to check the status of an order is to submit an inquiry through our Customer Service page. You can also call 1-888-488-0600 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM EST, Monday through Friday and we will check your order status for you.

Although it need not be said we still receive inquires asking whether orders are shipped discreetly. Your order will show up in either a USPS priority mail box or a plain brown box with the return address of GW Corp. That's it! There is no indication of what is contained within the box or the nature of those products.
